altogether for up to 9 persons, with tv and dvd-player in each room

2 kitchens:
incl. dishes, pots, pans, cooker & stove, fridge, microwave, coffee-maker, water boiler, toaster, radio and many more

2 bathrooms:
- shower-bath, toilet, wash basin, washing machine
- bathtub, toilet, wash basin
- bedding and towels are included

1 minute to go:
baker and café (opened from 6 am), bank, kiosk, fast food restaurant, bus station
2 minutes to drive:
big supermarket (opened from 8 a.m. till 10 p.m.), train station (park & ride), pharmacy and a lot of shops for everything you need
10 minutes to drive to these towns: Herten, Marl, Gelsenkirchen, Dorsten, Gladbeck, Recklinghausen

20 / 30 minutes to drive: big cities like Essen, Dortmund, Bochum, Mühlheim, Oberhausen

Of course I assist my guests by word and deed and try to make their stay as pleasant as possible.

If you need some more rooms or places to stay, feel free to ask. Because of very good connections to other hosts in the proximity, we are certainly able to find together a satisfactory solution.

The rent depends on the number of persons and the period of occupation. The rent starts with 14€ per day and room (each person 7€ per day).
